Edition #26.2025

🌴 This week (July 9 - July 15) in Palm Beach & West Palm Beach

Hey Neighbor!

We hope you had a fun (and safe!) 4th of July! 🎆 While fireworks lit up the skies, it's worth noting that the 4th is actually the most dangerous holiday in the U.S.—statistically speaking—with high rates of traffic accidents, firework-related injuries, and alcohol-related mishaps. So if you're reading this, congrats on surviving America’s most high-risk holiday weekend like a true champ 🇺🇸👏

Now that the smoke has cleared and the grills have cooled, let’s dive into the upcoming week!

In This Edition:

  • 💰️ $1 Billion Neighborhood

  • 🐍 Snake Competition
